Job Title: Umrah Consultant / Sales Executive
Location: Block L, Gulberg 3, Main Ferozepur Road, Lahore
Employment Type: Full-Time (Office-Based)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years

About the Role

We’re hiring a Sales Executive to manage and promote Umrah and travel services. You’ll handle client inquiries, create packages, and ensure smooth bookings. Umrah experience is a plus, but strong sales experience is also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

Manage sales and bookings related to Umrah packages and other travel services
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and preferences
Provide package options, pricing, and guidance on travel documentation
Maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and follow-ups
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with operations and visa teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Stay updated with current airline schedules, hotel options, and Umrah regulations

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (preferably in travel, tourism, or related sectors)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients
Basic understanding of Umrah processes is preferred (training can be provided)
Experience as an Umrah Consultant will be a plus
Proficiency in English and Urdu

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: PKR 50,000 +

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
