Client Relationship Executive

About the Role:

ARD Developers is seeking dynamic, confident, and presentable professionals to join our Sales & Customer Service team at our Head Office. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling client interactions, maintaining relationships, and contributing to sales growth through excellent communication and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients and provide professional customer service support.
• Manage and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Assist customers in understanding our real estate projects, offers, and services.
• Achieve individual and team-based sales and recovery targets.
• Maintain client records and follow up regularly for ongoing deals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s / Master's degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
• Previous experience in Real Estate or Customer Service will be highly preferred.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, well-groomed, and presentable personality.
• Strong client-handling and sales negotiation abilities.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
