
Area Sales Executive – Project Sales
Lahore, Pakistan
Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth in the project sales division.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, consultants, and project clients.
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements, ongoing projects, and competitor activities.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and compliance with company credit policies.
- Provide accurate sales reports, forecasts, and project pipeline updates to management.
- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve project-related issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of proven experience in project-based & B2B sales (glass, Aluminium, construction, or building materials preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and SAP (preferred).
