Job Title: Interior Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to plan, design, and manage interior spaces for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will combine aesthetic sense with technical knowledge to create functional, safe, and visually appealing environments that meet client needs and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand design needs, preferences, and budgets
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts
• Prepare drawings, 3D visualizations, and presentations
• Select materials, furniture, lighting, colors, and finishes
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers
• Prepare BOQs, specifications, and project timelines
• Ensure designs comply with building codes and safety regulations
• Supervise site work and ensure design execution matches approved plans
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, etc.)
• Strong creativity, visualization, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
