We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in interior fit-out and project-driven environments, including commercial, hospitality, retail, and related sectors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Client Engagement
- Support the development and management of client relationships relevant to interior fit-out projects.
- Assist in converting enquiries and relationships into live opportunities and tenders.
- Act as a client-facing representative during meetings, presentations, and discussions.
- Support senior leadership in managing key accounts and strategic clients.
Project-Literate Sales Support
- Engage on project scope, design intent, budgets, and timelines with guidance from senior team members.
- Coordinate closely with estimation, procurement, and project teams to:
- --- Support tender submissions
- --- Assist with scope clarifications and value engineering discussions
- --- Ensure commercial and technical alignment
Market Research & Opportunity Identification
- Identify potential opportunities across:
- --- Commercial offices
- --- Hospitality & F&B
- --- Retail environments
- --- Exhibitions and experiential spaces
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support BD strategy.
- Maintain and update client and opportunity databases.
Negotiation & Proposal Support
- Assist in preparing proposals, pricing summaries, and presentations.
- Support negotiations related to scope, pricing, and contract clarifications under senior guidance.
- Track leads, tenders, and outcomes, providing accurate reports to management
Brand Representation & Internal Coordination
- Represent the company at client meetings and select industry events.
- Support coordination between business development and project delivery teams.
- Ensure smooth handover of awarded projects to operations teams.
QUAKLIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will be results-driven, capable of managing multiple fast-paced projects, and experienced in leading multidisciplinary site teams. Strong expertise in fit-out construction, project leadership, resource planning, and stakeholder management is essential. Middle East experience is mandatory.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
Experience
- Mandatory experience of 5+ years’ experience in business development within: Interior fit-out, or closely related project-driven sectors (hospitality construction, exhibitions, retail environments, luxury interiors)
- Demonstrated ability to generate opportunities and revenue immediately; Strong understanding of:
- --- Interior fit-out project lifecycle
- --- Tendering and consultant-led procurement
- --- Pricing and commercial structuring
- Existing, active client network in the region.
- Experience in Qatar, UAE, and/or KSA markets.
- Exposure to design-led or high-end fit-out environments.
- Arabic language capability (advantage, not mandatory).
Certifications
- RICS (commercial / contract-aware professionals)
- MBA or Executive Business Development programs
- Contract management or commercial negotiation certifications
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of drawings, BOQs, and scope documentation.
- Ability to engage confidently with consultants, designers, and commercial stakeholders.
- Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting platforms.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
