Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and technically proficient Interior Designer who can

lead design of home interiors — from concept through 3D rendering to working

drawings and execution. You will work on residential interiors, turning client ideas

into beautiful, functional spaces, aligned with Aarbee’s turnkey interior model.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop interior design concepts for homes: layouts, materials, finishes and

furnishings.

● Prepare detailed working drawings and 3D renderings using software

(AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D render tools).

● Coordinate with execution teams on site to ensure designs are followed.

● Select materials, finishes, furniture & decorative items in line with client

budget and company brand.

● Present design to clients, revise based on feedback, and manage deliverables

till client hand-over.

Key Skills & Requirements:

● Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D rendering software.

● 3-4 years experience in home interior projects (residential).

● Good sense of space planning, colour, material, textures and luxury finishes.

● Both male or female eligible; must be presentable and confident in client

interaction.

● Good communication skills and ability to work independently.

Educational Qualification:

● Diploma / BE / BArch / BInteriorDesign or equivalent.
