Interior Designer

Job Overview
We are an established high-end residential interior design firm based in Cape Coral, proudly serving clients for over 25 years. Our work centers on thoughtfully curated, detail-driven homes, with projects ranging from full-home furnishings to large-scale renovations and new construction collaborations. We are passionate about creating refined, functional spaces while delivering exceptional and highly personalized client experience. We are currently seeking a talented and highly motivated Interior Designer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with and/or lead residential design projects from concept through installation
• Develop design boards, space plans, and client presentations
• Source furniture, finishes, materials, and accessories
• Prepare drawings and specifications (as applicable)
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and workrooms
• Support client meetings and site visits
• Manage project details, timelines, and documentation
• Oversee installations and styling when needed

Qualifications:

• Degree in Interior Design or related field preferred
• 2 years’ minimum of residential design experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of space planning, furnishings, materials, and finish selections
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Professional, polished, and client-focused

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
