INTERIOR DESIGNER

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Interior Designer with extensive industry experience to join our growing team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead projects independently from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts aligned with client requirements
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and client meetings to understand project scope
• Prepare detailed layouts, mood boards, presentations, and 3D visualizations
• Produce technical drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details
• Select and specify materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and accessories
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and procurement processes
• Supervise site execution to ensure design intent and quality standards are met
• Handle client presentations and provide regular project updates

Requirements

• Minimum 5–10+ years of proven experience in interior design (residential, commercial, or hospitality)
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Excellent knowledge of design principles, space planning, materials, and FF&E
• Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
• Advanced proficiency in design tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of local Bahrain market, suppliers, and regulations is a plus
• Must be currently based in Bahrain
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
