Interior Designer

Role Description

BÖWE is seeking a talented, detail-oriented, and creative Interior Designer to join our team in Riyadh. This role is open exclusively to candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia with at least 7 years of proven experience in high-end residential interiors and mixed-use developments .

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading design concepts, developing detailed drawings and specifications, and delivering innovative solutions that reflect luxury, functionality, and timeless elegance. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless design integration across all project stages.

Key Responsibilities

·      Lead the full cycle of interior design projects, from concept to completion.

·      Develop luxury residential and mixed-use interior design concepts that align with client vision and project goals.

·      Prepare space planning layouts, material boards, mood boards, and FF&E schedules.

·      Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents with precision.

·      Create high-quality 3D visualizations, renders, and presentations for client approvals.

·      Select appropriate finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories in line with project standards.

·      Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure accurate execution of design intent.

·      Ensure compliance with local building codes, health & safety standards, and sustainability guidelines.

·      Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

·      Represent BÖWE in client meetings and presentations with professionalism and creativity.

Software Proficiency (Required)

·       AutoCAD (detailed drawings & documentation)

·       3D Modeling : Revit, SketchUp

·       Rendering & Visualization : V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, Unreal Engine

·       Graphic & Post-production : Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)

Candidate Profile

·       Experience: Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in interior design for residential and mixed-use projects.

·       Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design (Master’s degree is an advantage).

·      Strong portfolio showcasing luxury residential and high-profile commercial projects.

·      Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.

·      Ability to lead projects independently and work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.

·      Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail, design trends, and materials.
