Interior Designer (Junior to Mid-Level) – Fit-Out Company

Experience Level: 3–5 years

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our fit-out team. The candidate will be responsible for design development, preparing drawings, and supporting project execution across various interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts
• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualizations
• Produce fit-out and joinery drawings for execution
• Coordinate with CAD team, project managers, and site engineers
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting
• Revise designs based on client feedback and site conditions
• Participate in client meetings and presentations
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards

Requirements (Mandatory):

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• 3–5 years of experience in interior design / fit-out projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Proficiency in 3D software (SketchUp / Enscape / D5 / 3ds Max mandatory)
• Fluent in English (spoken and written – mandatory)

Preferred:

• UAE/GCC experience
• Experience in commercial projects (offices, retail, F&B)
• Knowledge of authority approvals (DM, DCD, etc.)
• Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus

CAD Designer – Interior Fit-Out Company (Job Requirements)

Education & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out / joinery / construction
• UAE/GCC experience is preferred

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting is essential)
• Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, D5, Enscape
• Ability to prepare:

• Shop drawings
• As-built drawings
• Detailed joinery drawings
• Ceiling, Electrical,
• flooring, and partition layouts

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed fit-out drawings based on design concepts
• Develop shop drawings for execution (joinery, MEP coordination, partitions, etc.)
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and designers
• Revise drawings based on site conditions and client feedback
• Ensure drawings comply with local authority regulations (e.g., Dubai Municipality)
• Maintain drawing records and revisions

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
