Responsibilities Include:- Develop interior design schemes with guidance from the Vice President of HSD and/or the Director of Interior Design.
- Select/specify furniture, fabric window treatments and cubicle curtains, wall covering and flooring that comply with all flame-retardant regulations.
- Prepare design documents utilizing CAD software, such as finish schedules, product specifications, floor plans, elevations, reflected ceiling plan, etc. as necessary to communicate scheme to architects, contractors and vendors.
- Prepare and present material boards.
- Review submittals to ensure specifications are met.
- Help establish and implement aesthetic standards for properties throughout the organization.
- Obtain and/or develop project budgets. Monitor and work to ensure project costs are within approved budget.
- Visit job sites intermittently during a project to check progress and quality of work.
Qualifications:- Graduate of an Interior Design program from an accredited institution is required.
- Experience in healthcare interior design is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Adobe Pro.
- Knowledge of Revit and Photoshop is preferred.
