Interior Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong practical experience in interior design projects and be able to demonstrate a portfolio of completed work. We are seeking someone who can transform concepts into functional and aesthetically appealing spaces while managing projects from design through execution.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.

* Prepare 2D and 3D visualizations, mood boards, and material selections.

* Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and project teams.

* Conduct site visits and supervise project execution to ensure design compliance.

* Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

* Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and design innovations.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

* Minimum 2-5 years of practical interior design experience.

* Strong portfolio showcasing completed residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, or similar design software.

* Excellent space planning, material selection, and project management skills.

* Strong communication and client management abilities.

Important Note

Candidates must have hands-on practical experience in executing interior design projects. During the interview process, applicants will be required to present their portfolio and discuss their direct involvement in completed projects. Preference will be given to candidates who can clearly demonstrate practical project experience rather than purely academic knowledge.
