Senior Interior Designer

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our growing design team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will lead high-end residential and commercial interior projects from concept development to final execution. You should possess exceptional design creativity, technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining the highest design standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects from concept through completion.
• Develop innovative design concepts, mood boards, and presentation materials.
• Prepare detailed space planning, layouts, and design documentation.
• Produce construction drawings and coordinate with technical teams.
• Create high-quality 3D visualizations and design presentations.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project managers.
• Conduct client meetings and present design proposals professionally.
• Visit project sites to ensure design quality and execution.
• Resolve design challenges during construction.
• Ensure projects are delivered within timeline and budget.
• Mentor junior designers and review their work.
• Stay updated with international interior design trends, materials, and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 6–10 years of professional experience in interior design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing luxury residential and commercial projects.
• Expert knowledge of:
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• 3ds Max
• V-Ray / Corona
• Lumion
• Adobe Photoshop
• Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding of construction detailing, joinery, lighting, FF&E, and material specifications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Experience working with contractors and site execution teams.

• Excellent design aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of custom furniture and joinery design.
