Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer / 3D Visualizer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills and the ability to create high-quality 3D visualizations for interior spaces. The candidate will work closely with the team to develop design concepts, layouts, and realistic 3D renderings for client presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create 2D layouts and 3D interior visualizations for residential and commercial projects
• Develop creative interior design concepts based on client requirements
• Prepare realistic 3D renders, walkthroughs, and presentation materials
• Select appropriate materials, colors, furniture, and lighting elements
• Revise designs according to feedback and project needs
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in interior design or 3D visualization
• Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-Ray/Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and visualization skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred:

• Experience in residential or real estate projects will be an advantage.
