Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer / 3D Visualizer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong design sensibilities and the ability to produce high-quality, realistic 3D visualizations for interior spaces. This role involves close collaboration with the team to develop innovative design concepts, layouts, and compelling visual presentations for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop 2D layouts and high-quality 3D visualizations for residential and commercial projects
• Create innovative interior design concepts aligned with client requirements
• Produce realistic 3D renders, walkthroughs, and presentation materials
• Select suitable materials, color schemes, furniture, and lighting elements
• Revise and refine designs based on feedback and project requirements
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure design accuracy, feasibility, and execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in interior design or 3D visualization
• Proficiency in tools such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-Ray/Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop
• Strong creative thinking, visualization skills, and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred:

• Experience in residential, real estate, or property development projects will be an added advantage

Work Location: In person
