We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Design Architect with 5 years of professional experience in residential home interior design. The ideal candidate will be an expert in creating innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing spaces, while also demonstrating strong leadership skills to manage and guide a design team. Proficiency in 3ds Max and technical drawing in AutoCAD preparation is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of interior designers and draftsmen to deliver high-quality design projects.
• Develop creative and practical design concepts for home interiors, ensuring alignment with client requirements and lifestyle needs.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Utilize 3ds Max and other design software to produce realistic 3D visualizations and presentations.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and approve design proposals, material selections, and finishes.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in home interior design projects.
• Proven expertise in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, and other relevant design tools.
• Strong knowledge of technical drawings and construction documentation.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to balance creativity with functionality and practicality.

المؤهلات المطلوبة

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو التصميم الداخلي أو مجال ذي صلة.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مشاريع تصميم المنازل السكنية.
• خبرة مثبتة في 3ds Max وAutoCAD وبرامج التصميم الأخرى ذات الصلة.
• معرفة قوية بالرسومات الفنية والوثائق الإنشائية.
• مهارات قيادية وإدارة فريق ممتازة.
• قدرات تواصل وعرض قوية.
• القدرة على تحقيق التوازن بين الإبداع والوظيفية والعملية.
