Interior Designer / Business Development

We are seeking an accomplished INTERIOR DESIGNER / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT for a new role. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities in the villa, apartment, office, and retail interior design and fit-out segment. The position involves prospecting, client meetings, closing deals, and managing client relationships end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities As a designer

As a Designer & Business Development:

· Extensive experience in design, ideally in an international or boutique studio, real estate or contracting with a reputation for innovation and luxury.

· Strong portfolio of Residential, commercial, hospitality, lifestyle, and F&B projects delivered across the Middle East or comparable markets.

· 4-5 years experience as Interior Designer for commercial and residential projects.

· 4-5 years experience in landscape projects.

· Must able to do quality rendering and elevation drawings.

· Ability to communicate with peers, sub contractors and clients

· Skilled in leading, mentoring, and motivating design teams.

· Confident in handling clients and stakeholders at the highest level.

· Strategic mindset, able to combine creative vision with commercial awareness.

· Able to meet organizational targets of revenue.

· Should have plenty of initiative and be goal-oriented keen to work as a team and have the drive to get things done.
