Interior Designer cum AutoCAD Draftsman

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and creative Interior Designer cum AutoCAD Draftsman to join our team. The applicant must have knowledge in interior fit-out, and joinery works. UAEexperience is a plus, but talented freshers well expert in sketchup and autocad are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare design layouts and detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD.
• Creates designs using Sketchup.
• Create concepts and technical drawings for interior fit-out projects.
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), Material Sample Board and quantify materials based on drawings and site conditions.
• Coordinate with project and site teams for smooth execution.
• Ensure accuracy and quality in design deliverables.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in SKETCH UP,AutoCAD and MS Excel etc.(Please dont apply if you don't know these softwares)
• Knowledge in interior fit-out, and joinery detailing.
• Ability to prepare BOQs and material take-offs.
• Attention to detail and time management skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Salary: based on skills and experience.

Qualification: B.Arch/BSC/Diploma
