Interior Designer FF&E

We are looking for an experienced and detail‑oriented FF&E Specialist to manage the selection, sourcing, procurement, and coordination of furniture, fixtures, and equipment for various interior projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense, excellent vendor management skills, and the ability to deliver high‑quality FF&E packages within budget and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop FF&E concepts aligned with project design intent and client requirements
• Prepare FF&E schedules, mood boards, material boards, and specification sheets
• Source, evaluate, and select furniture, lighting, fabrics, accessories, and materials
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors for pricing, samples, and lead times
• Manage procurement processes including quotations, purchase orders, and delivery schedules
• Conduct site visits to oversee installation and ensure compliance with design standards
• Collaborate closely with design, project management, and joinery teams
• Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, materials, and new products
• Ensure all FF&E items meet quality, safety, and sustainability standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FF&E within fit‑out, joinery, or interior design industry
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture brands, and suppliers
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and design presentation tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics
