Jawaher AlAmir Architects & Interiors is looking for a creative and experienced Interior Designer with strong experience in fit-out projects and execution to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should be capable of handling projects from concept design to site execution, with good knowledge of suppliers, materials, and vendors in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop concept designs and interior space planning based on client requirements.
• Prepare 3D perspectives and visualizations to present design concepts to clients.
• Produce detailed interior design drawings, including:
• Layout plans
• Ceiling and lighting plans
• Joinery details
• Finishing and material specifications
• Prepare mood boards and material selection for client approval.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and present design proposals.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure the design is implemented according to drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors during project execution.
• Source and recommend materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
• Prepare shop drawings and detailed execution drawings when required.
• Manage project timelines and ensure quality standards during fit-out works.
• Work closely with consultants and contractors to resolve design and site issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in interior design and fit-out projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of materials, suppliers, and vendors in the UAE market.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max / SketchUp / Lumion / V-Ray or similar rendering software.
• Experience in preparing 3D perspectives and detailed execution drawings.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client coordination.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred

• Experience in luxury villas, residential, and commercial interiors.
• Knowledge of local regulations and fit-out approvals.

Pay: AED8,000.00 per month
