Interior Designer – Hospitality Renovation (2D, 3D, CGI) | Dubai

We are looking for 2 experienced Interior Designers to join our team for a hotel interior renovation project in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the design process from concept development and visualization to project coordination and site supervision, while ensuring compliance with Dubai regulations and standards.

This is a 3-month contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts for hospitality renovation projects
• Prepare 2D drawings and design documentation using AutoCAD
• Produce 3D models and high-quality renderings
• Prepare professional presentation materials for client meetings
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors
• Lead project coordination and site supervision, ensuring the design is properly implemented during construction
• Ensure designs comply with Dubai regulations and standards

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Interior Design
• Strong renovation project experience
• Proficiency in:
• AutoCAD
• 3D Modeling software
• V-Ray
• Strong visualization and presentation skills
• Experience with project coordination and site supervision
• Good understanding of Dubai regulations and standards
• Must be currently based in Dubai
