Reports To: Design Manager
We are actively seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer II to join our team as a Mid-Level Designer. This role is ideal for a design professional with 2–5 years of related experience who is ready to take on greater responsibility in project execution, coordination, and business development while continuing to grow professionally.
The Interior Designer II will confidently support multiple levels of design development, collaborate with internal and external partners, and assist in mentoring junior designers. This position plays an integral role in both project delivery and the continued growth of the firm.

Complete black & white layouts, Mini Designs, and preliminary CAD/Revit build-ups with accuracy and efficiency.

Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to support timely project completion.

Confidently execute full design phases with minimal guidance and error.

Lead client intakes and presentations independently.

Review and provide feedback on work completed by Level I (Junior) Designers.

Assist with the training and development of Level I designers.

Maintain and update PH Design training manuals.

Maintain and organize PH 2D & 3D software blocks, families, and models.

Contribute to business development and marketing efforts as needed.

Bachelor’s degree (4-year) in Interior Design or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

2–5 years of related commercial interior design experience.

Ability to work 40–45 hours per week.

Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- Adobe Acrobat
- Adobe Photoshop
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Working knowledge (preferred but not required):
- Twinmotion, Enscape, 3ds Max
- Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator
- CET Software
- Portfolio demonstrating the ability to conceptualize, design, and execute commercial interior projects.

Strong understanding of construction drawings, documents, and specifications.

Effective graphics and visualization skills to communicate design intent.

Actively working toward NCIDQ certification.

Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Strong verbal and written business communication skills.
