Key Responsibilities:

- Lead interior architectural design projects from initial concept through to final execution.

- Develop project proposals, manage contract documentation, and ensure adherence to budgets and schedules.

- Engage with clients to articulate their needs and deliver inventive design solutions.

- Coordinate selections for Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FFE) throughout the design process.

- Foster strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners to enhance project outcomes.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 8 years of experience in a professional architecture and interior design environment.

- Certified Interior Designer (CID) certification preferred.

- Proficiency in Revit; work samples will be requested to demonstrate skills.

- Familiarity with design and rendering software such as Enscape, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
