About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer – Home Interiors to join our growing team at KPS Construction. This role focuses on the execution of residential interior projects. Freshers with the right educational background are welcome to apply.

The candidate should have a good understanding of interior materials, drawings, and design concepts, and should be willing to learn on-site project execution and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the day-to-day execution of residential interior projects.
Coordinate with the design team, vendors, and contractors for smooth workflow.
Support project monitoring in terms of timelines, quality, and material usage.
Ensure site activities align with technical drawings and specifications.
Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and discipline.
Prepare and submit daily site updates to the project manager or senior team.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Interior Design (mandatory).
Freshers can apply; 0–1 year of site execution experience preferred.
Basic understanding of interior drawings, design concepts, and materials.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and work hands-on at project sites.
