Interior Designer / Project Manager

Responsibilities

- Develop interior design concepts, material palettes, mood boards, and presentations.

- Prepare drawings, details, schedules, and documentation (layouts, joinery, FF&E, finishes).

- Manage full project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

- Attend and manage site visits; coordinate closely with contractors and suppliers.

- Lead client interactions with clarity, confidence, and professionalism.

- Oversee contractor management ensuring design intent and quality standards are met.

- Chair project meetings, issue minutes, and track action items.

- Coordinate with consultants, authorities, and internal design/fit-out teams.

- Source materials and support design presentations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

Can you give an example of a time you had to manage conflicting feedback or requirements from a client and a contractor or consultant? How did you facilitate a solution that respected the design integrity and kept the project moving forward?
