Position Overview

We’re looking for passionate, creative, and motivated Interior Designers to join our team. If you have a natural flair for design, enjoy helping clients bring their vision to life, and are eager to grow your career, Carpet Court is the place for you. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and coordinate kitchens, baths, and complete interiors with a focus on style, color, and function.
  • Showcase and sell cabinets, flooring, countertops, and complementary products.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute client projects from concept to completion.
  • Prepare invoices, proposals, and documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at every step of the process.
  • Support showroom activities, including light physical tasks (up to 20 lbs).

Required Qualifications

  • Strong skills in measurement, organization, communication, and sales.
  • Knowledge or background in cabinetry, countertops, flooring, construction, or interior design.
  • A natural eye for color, style, and detail.
  • A friendly, approachable demeanor and a genuine desire to help clients.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

  • Experience with Revit, 2020, SketchUp, or similar design software.
  • Previous roles as a kitchen or interior designer, decorator, or design assistant.
  • Degree in Interior Design or related field.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
