Design & Sales Consultant

Location: Mohali | Company: APAART Class of Luxury Décor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Design & Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete client journey—from initial lead engagement to project closure—while delivering a premium customer experience. You will also contribute to driving revenue through consultative sales, creative design proposals, and cross-selling of our luxury interior products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Management: Handle and nurture incoming leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and maximum conversion.
• Client Consultation & Proposals: Conduct detailed client meetings to understand requirements, prepare customized design and sales proposals, and present tailored solutions.
• Sales Pitch & Closure: Deliver persuasive presentations, negotiate terms, and close projects consistently at or above target levels.
• Cross-Selling: Promote and recommend additional APAART products and services (modular furniture, wardrobes, décor, etc.) to enhance client projects.
• CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate data in CRM, manage project pipelines, and provide timely reports to management.
• Client Experience: Ensure a seamless customer journey, gather testimonials, and build long-term relationships.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

• Lead qualification & follow-up conversion
• Proposal-to-sale conversion ratio
• Monthly project closures (10–15 per month)
• Customer satisfaction score (8+/10)
• Repeat/referral business generated

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in interior design sales / luxury décor sales (minimum 3–5 years preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting.
• A passion for design and creating outstanding customer experiences.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
