Job Overview

BG Group is seeking a talented and driven Interior Designer Sales Executive who combines a deep passion for luxury design with strong sales acumen. This role focuses on promoting and selling high-end interior design and landscaping solutions for luxury villa projects. The ideal candidate is both a design enthusiast and a persuasive communicator, capable of building strong client relationships and consistently closing high-value deals.

*This position offers a high, performance-based commission structure with uncapped earning potential. Top performers have the opportunity to earn substantial income through successful deal closures.


Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and engage potential clients interested in luxury interior design and landscape services for villas.
  • Present BG Group’s design capabilities, highlighting style, sophistication, quality, and value.
  • Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and conceptual design overviews.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close sales with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and proactively follow up to secure deals.


2. Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Understand client design preferences, lifestyle needs, and aesthetic goals.
  • Provide expert advice and personalized recommendations throughout the sales process.
  • Ensure outstanding customer experience from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.


3. Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Coordinate with in-house interior designers, architects, and project managers to ensure alignment between client expectations and project execution.
  • Support and participate in client meetings, design presentations, and on-site visits when required.


4. Market Awareness & Strategy

  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of design trends, materials, finishes, and competitor offerings.
  • Provide market feedback to the leadership team to refine sales strategies and product positioning.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in luxury interior design or residential design-build projects.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, materials, furniture, and finishes — especially within the luxury segment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to connect with affluent clients and influence decisions.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
