Interior Designer/Draughtsman - Fit out & Joinery

• Must be able to join immediately.
• Must have 3-5 years of experience in an interior fit-out company.
• Must possess excellent technical skills in softwares such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other design tools.
• Prepare architectural drawings, primarily for joinery and interior fit-out, for authority approval.
• Create concept drawings and conduct site visits as needed.
• Take accurate site measurements and calculate the sizes and quantities of materials required.
• Follow specifications and perform calculations to create various technical drawings.
• Prepare both rough sketches and detailed work using CAD systems.
• Responsible for preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings for consultant approval and contracting.
• Prepare architectural drawings, primarily for joinery and interior fit-out, for authority approval.
• Prepare, review, and revise drawings in collaboration with the engineering team.
• Ensure final designs comply with building regulations.
• Develop detailed shop drawings based on concept designs for production.
• Coordinate with production managers, project managers, and designers to gather necessary technical details and changes.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
