Interior Designer/Project Manager

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural and Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing architectural and interior projects from start to finish. This role requires a balance of technical knowledge, artistic vision, and project management skills to deliver functional, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for architectural and interior projects.
• Prepare 2D drawings for client approval.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, budget, and functional requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements that align with project aesthetics and functionality.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Prepare project timelines, budgets, and progress reports.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality execution.
• Stay updated on design trends, new materials, and innovative technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent visualization, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail with a strong sense of aesthetics and functionality.

Work Environment:

• Office-based with site visits as required.
• Collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Flexible to adapt designs according to client and project requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
