Interior fiout supervisor

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Fit-Out Supervisor with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in managing interior fit-out works. The ideal candidate will oversee all site activities, ensuring high-quality finishes, timely execution, and adherence to design specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out projects.
• Ensure all works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors, workers, and site logistics to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor work progress, quality, and safety compliance on-site.
• Ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Engineer, and other trades to avoid conflicts or delays.
• Prepare daily site reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure that all finishes (carpentry, joinery, painting, ceiling, flooring, partitions, etc.) meet the required standards.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Supervisor in the interior fit-out industry.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishes, materials, and fit-out construction techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, layouts, and technical details.
• Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and deadlines.
• Familiarity with HSE standards and site safety practices.
• Diploma or technical qualification in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
