Interior Fit Out Draftsman

• Prepare detailed shop drawings, using AutoCAD (and other drafting software as required).
• Produce ceiling layouts, flooring layouts, partition layouts, reflected ceiling plans, joinery details, and furniture details.
• Develop detailed drawings for bespoke joinery, cabinetry, and millwork.
• Coordinate with interior designers, architects, MEP engineers, and project managers to resolve design and construction issues.
• Review architectural and engineering drawings for coordination and constructability.
• Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion.
• Revise drawings based on client comments, consultant feedback, and site conditions.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, local authority regulations, and company standards.
• Maintain organized drawing records and document control.
• Support quantity surveying and procurement teams by providing accurate drawing information.

Qualification

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out drafting.
• Experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, or retail fit-out projects.
