Interior Fit Out Engineer

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Typically requires a bachelor's degree or diploma in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in interior fit-out projects is essential, with knowledge of various fit-out works like partitions, ceilings, finishes, and MEP integration.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading architectural drawings, strong knowledge of construction methods and materials, and familiarity with site measurement tools.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision & Execution: Manages and supervises all on-site activities for interior fit-out and finishing works to ensure they align with project drawings and specifications.
• Coordination: Liaises with clients, architects, designers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
• Quality Control: Ensures that all materials, workmanship, and installations (such as partitions, ceilings, flooring, and MEP systems) meet the required quality standards and project specifications.
• Project Planning & Monitoring: Prepares project schedules, daily site reports, and progress updates to keep the project on track and within budget.
• Health & Safety: Ensures that all operations on site comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Technical Oversight: Interprets architectural and technical drawings, assists in resolving technical issues, and provides technical guidance to the site team.
• Resource Management: Monitors material deliveries, manpower, and equipment to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Project Close-out: Manages snagging, de-snagging, and final handover activities, ensuring client satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
