Interior Fitout Estimator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Fit-Out / Interior Estimator with a minimum of 1 year of experience in estimating interior, joinery, and fit-out projects. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, material take-offs, and coordinating with suppliers, clients, and the technical team to ensure competitive tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and material take-offs for all civil, MEP, joinery, and finishing works.
• Collect and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure competitive pricing.
• Analyze project risks, budgets, timelines, and provide value engineering options.
• Coordinate with the design, engineering, and project teams for clarification on drawings or project requirements.
• Assist in preparing cost breakdowns, tender submissions, and pricing schedules.
• Maintain an updated database of suppliers, subcontractors, and material prices.
• Support the procurement team for pricing and material selections.
• Participate in site visits when required to assess project scope and conditions.
• Ensure all estimations comply with project specifications, industry standards, and company guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year experience in fit-out, interior design, or construction estimation.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, joinery, and MEP basics.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software (if applicable).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tender deadlines.
• Residence Visa/Dependent Visa or Spouse Visa preferred

Preferred Experience

• Experience in UAE fit-out industry (retail, commercial, residential, hospitality).
• Familiarity with local suppliers and pricing trends.
• Exposure to tendering for both small and large-scale projects.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
