Job Description: Interior Fit-Out Engineer/Manager
Experience: 8 - 12 Years

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced interior fit-out professional with strong execution capabilities and in-depth knowledge of the latest interior materials and finishes. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end site execution, coordinate with vendors, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete interior fit-out execution for assigned projects.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications to ensure accurate implementation on-site.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is progressing as per schedule.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety rules, and project timelines.
• Check material quality, availability, and usage as per project requirements.
• Resolve site-level issues, discrepancies, and technical challenges promptly.
• Maintain documentation, progress reports, and update management regularly.
• Ensure proper installation of furniture, fixtures, lighting, flooring, partitions, and other interior elements.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out execution from start to handover.
• Excellent understanding of modern and latest interior materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil, and MEP drawings.
• Strong vendor and contractor management skills.
• Good communication and team coordination abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on timely delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in civil engineering, interior design, architecture, or any field.
• 8-12 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out execution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per year
