Interior project manager

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to thoroughly understand their needs, preferences, and any special considerations or concerns related to the interior design project.
• Collaborate with clients to develop project objectives, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with their expectations and constraints.
• Manage materials and labour costs effectively to ensure projects stay within budget guidelines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Review and evaluate bids from subcontractors to ensure they are reasonable in terms of price, scope of work offered, and adherence to project requirements.
• Coordinate design details with architects and other relevant stakeholders to align interior design plans with construction plans and ensure seamless integration.
• Prepare progress reports for clients on a regular basis, providing updates on project milestones, budget status, and any issues or challenges encountered.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or obstacles, and proactively develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Oversee the execution of interior design projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and industry best practices.
• Foster strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and industry practices related to interior design, incorporating innovative solutions and approaches into project management processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
