Project Manager - Corporate interiors

Designation: Project Manager

Desired Candidate: A very relevant experience in commercial interior projects

Skills: Project management, Microsoft office, Communication skills, Vendor management, Team management

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring timely execution of at least 3 bare-shell commercial site Pan-India

• Day to day management of operations on site,

• Identifying work front, Required labor count and managing a team of 3-4 Site supervisors to ensure the timely execution and quality of each project

• Coordinate with logistic department for material delivery at site

• Set project goals and oversee projects to completion; schedule and track assignments

• To arrange necessary materials machines, tools, hardware, wooden components etc. for getting the things done

• Assign different Vendors for different types of jobs after taking quotations

• Engaging with vendors, understanding their concerns and taking necessary actions

• Ensuring flawless and regular documentation for the management and Clients

• To guide & instruct workers for day to day activities

• Engaging with Clients during regular meetings along with the Team lead and design team

• The successful candidate must possess the knowledge, experience and confidence to engage and professionally interact with the design professionals, consultants and client while successfully directing the Site Supervisors, Estimator, and other construction related personnel in planning, coordinating and safely executing the work in accordance with the contract documents schedule and budget.

• Attend project meeting

• Handle escalations appropriately according to escalation matrix

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Malad, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Project management: 3 years (Preferred)
