Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to manage and oversee our ongoing interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in supervising residential and commercial interior projects, with the ability to coordinate teams, ensure quality control, and deliver on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day on-site execution of interior work (civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, false ceiling, painting, etc.).

Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and labor teams to ensure proper workflow and timely project completion.

Ensure quality standards are met as per design specifications and BOQ.

Manage materials on-site and ensure timely procurement of items.

Monitor site progress and maintain daily work reports.

Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues.

Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and adherence to all compliance and safety regulations.

Verify and check measurements, fittings, and installations.

Coordinate with the design/project team to ensure work aligns with drawings and client requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–5 years of experience in site supervision for interior projects.

Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction techniques.

Ability to read and understand technical drawings (AutoCAD/2D/3D).

Hands-on knowledge of vendor coordination and workforce management.

Good communication skills and team leadership.

Own two-wheeler preferred (optional).

Educational Qualification:

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
