Talent Formula (http://www.talentformula.co) is a consulting firm that offers outsourced financial and accounting talent to Chartered Accounting firms worldwide. We are currently hiring for Intermediate Bookkeeper position available in our Isaac Family
Office team.

The role will entail ensuring tasks and deliverables are met daily in an efficient, timely and accurate manner. This is a Hyderabad office-based role, can move to Hybrid post probation.

About Isaac Family office:
The Isaac family office encompasses investments across convenience retail, hospitality and education. Their businesses include:
  • Isaac Property Developments (currently 5 entities)
  • Elephant Wash Car Wash Business. (currently 2 entities but will be 4 entities by the end of the calendar year).
  • Vantage Food Group which is our El Jannah franchise operating store. (currently 4 entities but will be 5 by June).
  • Kiddiwinks Childcare. (currently 3 entities but will be 5 by the end of the year).
Specific Technical Skills:
  • Qualified or Semi Qualified CA/ Relevant bachelor’s degree in commerce
  • Have at least 3-4 years of bookkeeping experience in a public practice accounting firm or any big firm post articles.
  • Australian bookkeeping experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Xero will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Knowledge of payroll regulations.
  • Knowledge of GST matters.
  • Attention to detail concerning descriptions in accounting files, BAS work papers, payroll processes and month-end work papers.
  • Ability to identify issues or errors in accounting files and communicate these to managers.
  • Basic fixed asset knowledge including disposal of assets.
  • Efficient and timely in processing work.
Key Responsibilities include:
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts.
  • Assist with the processing of payroll.
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly reconciliations.
  • Assist with preparation of intercompany reconciliations.
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly journals.
  • Assist with accounts payable duties.
  • Assist with accounts receivable duties.
  • Manage daily bank reconciliations and invoice processing.
  • Assist with weekly internal management reporting.
  • Assist with preparation of bank transfers and cash flow management.
  • Assist with annual audit and tax return workpapers.
  • Assist with preparation on monthly/annual Payroll tax workpapers.
  • Assist with Activity Statement – IAS/BAS preparation.
