Job Description

Position Overview:

As an Intern in Information Systems, you will report to the USS Supervisor under the Technology Director. You will assist the team with daily technical tasks, troubleshooting, and system maintenance. This role is designed for students looking to gain hands-on experience in IT support, networking, and systems management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide basic technical support for hardware, software, and network issues

• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems

• Troubleshoot system and application problems

• Support IT staff with system upgrades and maintenance tasks

• Document technical processes and user guides

• Monitor system performance and report issues

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field that requires internship hours to graduate.

• Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting

• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux)

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Good communication and teamwork abilities
