Intern - Country Head Office

About the Role

We are looking for two high-potential interns to work directly with the Country Head in driving key strategic projects and ensuring timely execution across departments. This role is ideal for top-performing students who want to gain hands-on experience in project management, business analysis, and executive-level operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Tracking & Coordination:
• Follow up with cross-functional teams on action items, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Maintain project dashboards and ensure timely updates to the Country Head.
• Business Analysis & Research:
• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and data analysis as assigned.
• Prepare insights and recommendations to support key decisions.
• Reporting & Presentation:
• Draft weekly/monthly progress reports for management review.
• Prepare presentations, summaries, and briefing documents for internal and external meetings.
• Operational Support:
• Assist in coordinating meetings, collecting information, and ensuring smooth communication across teams.
• Support the Country Head with any ad-hoc tasks related to strategy, operations, or performance tracking.

Who We Are Looking For

• Senior-year student or recent graduate from a top university in Pakistan (IBA, LUMS, NUST, FAST, LSE, etc.).
• Strong academic background in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and strong attention to detail.
• Highly proactive, responsible, and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Duration: 3–6 Months (with possibility of extension or full-time offer based on performance)

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
