We are seeking a Digital Marketing Intern who is passionate about performance marketing, SEO, and lead generation. You’ll be responsible for driving inbound and outbound demand through paid campaigns, organic optimization, and email outreach — focusing on US and European markets for Worxwide’s IT and digital consulting services.

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Conduct keyword research, content gap analysis, and competitor benchmarking.

  • Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for on-page and technical SEO.

  • Build backlinks and monitor domain authority using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.

  • Track rankings, impressions, and conversions through Google Search Console & Analytics.

Performance Marketing (PPC & Paid Campaigns)

  • Assist in creating and managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta campaigns.

  • Optimize ad copies, landing pages, and targeting for maximum CTR and lead conversions.

  • Analyze campaign metrics (CPC, CPL, CTR, ROI) and prepare performance dashboards.

  • Research new keyword opportunities and audience segments for B2B lead generation.

Email & Drip Marketing

  • Design and execute email campaigns and nurture sequences targeting CXOs and decision-makers.

  • Segment contact lists and personalize outreach for ABM initiatives using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or Mailchimp.

  • Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to measure engagement.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor overall marketing performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and CRM dashboards.

  • Prepare weekly reports highlighting lead funnel health, campaign ROI, and key insights.

  • Collaborate with design and content teams to align visuals and messaging with data trends.

Must-Have Skills

  • Must have 6 months experience in SEO, PPC (Google Ads/LinkedIn Ads), and Email Marketing fundamentals.

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.

  • Proficiency with marketing tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Apollo.

  • Ability to plan and execute lead-gen focused campaigns for B2B audiences.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.

  • Prior internship or certification in digital marketing, growth marketing, or PPC preferred.
