Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Engineer Intern to join our Business Process Engineering (BPE) team, with a focus on training development and user enablement. This role centers on designing engaging, effective learning experiences that help employees build and manage blueprints using a cutting-edge, AI-enabled cloud workflow application.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical capabilities into clear, user-friendly training materials and workshops that drive adoption, confidence, and productivity.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop training documentation, guides, and visual aids for blueprint creation and workflow automation.
  • Design and deliver workshop-style learning experiences tailored to different user roles and skill levels.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand technical features and translate them into accessible learning content.
  • Create onboarding materials and quick-start guides for new users of the AI-enabled workflow platform.
  • Gather feedback from users and iterate on training materials to improve clarity and effectiveness.
  • Support the rollout of training programs across global teams, including virtual and in-person formats.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Instructional Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Systems, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong interest in instructional design, training development, or user enablement.
  • Experience creating training materials, workshops, or documentation—especially for technical tools or platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based applications, workflow tools, or AI-enabled platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for helping others learn and succeed with new technologies.
