Key Responsibilities

  • Field Support
    • Conduct site visits to verify installations, inspect failed products, and pick up samples for analysis.
    • Visit wholesalers and partners to handle under-warranty product checks and returns.
    • Perform simple repairs, adjustments, or replacements under supervision.
  • Case Handling
    • Manage “easy” after-sales cases (straightforward complaints, inquiries, and requests).
    • Support Resolution Manager in ticket creation, documentation, and case updates in SAP Service Cloud.
    • Assist in preparing feedback reports and technical findings for Quality and Business teams.
  • Customer & Partner Interaction
    • Act as a first-line contact for customers and wholesalers in basic product-related complaints.
    • Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication in all customer interactions.
    • Build trust with partners and customers through reliable and accurate support.
  • Learning & Growth
    • Gain deep knowledge of lighting products, systems, and controls.
    • Learn warranty processes, customer service workflows, and technical troubleshooting methods.
    • Develop financial and commercial awareness to understand service cost drivers.
    • Participate in internal training to grow towards a Resolution Manager profile.

About You (Requirements & Profile)

  • Currently completing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (or related technical degree).
  • Interest in customer service, lighting technology, and field operations.
  • Interest in software, programming, or system integration (e.g., AI, IoT, or lighting control protocols and lighting control systems)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform technical inspections and simple repairs.
  • Good customer communication skills (Turkish + English).
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently under supervision.
  • Willingness to travel for site visits within Turkey.
  • Passion for developing a career in After Sales / Customer Service.
