Currently completing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (or related technical degree).
Interest in customer service, lighting technology, and field operations.
Interest in software, programming, or system integration (e.g., AI, IoT, or lighting control protocols and lighting control systems)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform technical inspections and simple repairs.
Good customer communication skills (Turkish + English).
Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently under supervision.
Willingness to travel for site visits within Turkey.
Passion for developing a career in After Sales / Customer Service.
