We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and end-user systems. The ideal candidate is a solution-oriented professional with a strong background in IT support, committed to driving operational excellence and efficiency through technology.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Preferably graduated from related departments of universities (Management
  • Information Systems, Computer Programming, etc.),
  • At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology,
  • Able to produce innovative and creative solutions,
  • Possesses strong planning and organizational skills, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and result-oriented work ethic,
  • Capable of identifying opportunities to drive improvements and changes in operational control processes,
  • Knowledgeable in managing Microsoft systems,
  • Open to development and learning,
  • Active driver’s license and ability to drive.
  • No travel restrictions to group company locations.


JOB DESCRIPTION:


  • Knowledgeable in maintenance, adjustments, and spare parts for notebooks, PCs, and printers,
  • Experienced in computer fault diagnosis, maintenance, and repair,
  • Experienced in providing client support to end-users working in a domain environment,
  • Knowledgeable about Active Directory structure,
  • Knowledgeable about cybersecurity concepts, methodologies, standards, policies, and procedures,
  • Proficient in Windows Office programs and experienced in installing and updating antivirus programs,
  • Experienced in setting up and troubleshooting mobile devices,
  • Preferably experienced in desktop and server operating systems,
  • Meticulous and experienced in IT inventory management,
  • Knowledgeable about ITSM (Help Desk) programs,
  • Able to intervene in problems remotely and on-site when necessary outside working hours,
  • Completed military service (for male candidates).
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus
