Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment processes including job posting, resume screening and interview co-ordination.
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Help implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Assist in learning and development.
  • Support compliance and HR policy administration.

Qualifications :

  • Graduate or PG in Business Administration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail oriented with good organisational skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to fast paced environment.
