We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to be based at our Lahore office, with a core responsibility of overseeing HR operations for our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in international HR practices, especially within the UAE, and will work closely with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders. This role demands deep knowledge of UAE Labour Laws, MOHRE regulations, and strong experience in international recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for the Dubai office, managing day-to-day HR operations remotely from Lahore
- Liaise with international teams to align HR practices across locations, ensuring consistency and compliance
- Implement HR policies, processes, and frameworks in line with UAE labor regulations and global HR standards
- Support in organizational planning, workforce structuring, and talent management for the Dubai office
- Lead full-cycle international recruitment for UAE-based roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers and global stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and deliver qualified candidates in a timely manner.
- Maintain talent pipelines and candidate databases specific to the UAE job markets
- Ensure all HR operations comply with MOHRE and UAE Labour Laws.
- Prepare, review, and manage employment contracts, visa documentation, and other UAE regulatory requirements
- Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and grievance management in coordination with Dubai-based leadership
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation for the UAE workforce
- Generate periodic reports on recruitment, employee turnover, performance, and other HR metrics for international review
- Support payroll coordination in collaboration with finance and ensure compliance with UAE wage protection systems (WPS)
- Facilitate performance review cycles and support employee development initiatives for UAE-based teams
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and cultural integration between teams in Lahore and Dubai
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5–6 years of experience in the field of HR
- Proven experience managing international HR operations (UAE).
- Solid background in international recruitment, particularly for the UAE market.
- Working knowledge of MOHRE systems, UAE Labour Law, and visa/work permit processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) for effective collaboration with global teams
- Proficient in Google Suite and HRIS tools
- Ability to work independently, manage remote HR operations, and handle sensitive matters with discretion
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to cultural nuances and international HR practices

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs230,000.00 per month
