Senior Executive HR Operations

The Senior Executive HR Operations will be responsible for managing and streamlining HR operations across the entire Group. This role involves overseeing payroll, benefits, HRIS, employee relations, and compliance while ensuring efficient execution of HR processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of HR best practices, and proven experience in managing HR operations within a complex organizational structure.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily HR operations for all group companies, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and update HR Information Systems (HRIS) with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and user support.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and leading disciplinary processes.
  • Lead the onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, documentation, and exit interviews.
  • Administer health and life insurance policies, liaising with providers and managing claims effectively.
  • Draft, review, and distribute HR-related communications (offer letters, appointment letters, policy updates, etc.).
  • Prepare accurate and timely HR reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor HR initiatives and policies.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3 years of HR operations experience, across multiple departments or a large company, complex organization.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office applications is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
