HR Coordinator

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Coordinator to join our software house team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and supporting the team in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate team activities to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Handle administrative tasks to maintain efficient office operations.
  • Support HR functions, including maintaining sheets, training records, and documentation.
  • Assist in creating a positive and professional work environment.
  • Act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of HR/Coordination experience (software house experience will be a plus).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of training coordination and HR documentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore Bahria Town: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
