HR Officer

Department: Human Resources
Location: Central Park Housing Scheme, Lahore main ferozpur road.
Reports to: HR Manager

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Officer with a prior experience in real estate HR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS/HR database and personnel files.
• Support in payroll processing, attendance monitoring, and leave management.
• Coordinate training & development programs and maintain training records.
• Handle employee queries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant HR experience.
